How long does my order take to ship?

Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days but usually within 1. Delivery is provided through Evri, and takes between 3 to 5 working days. We can accommodate next day delivery, if contacted before 10am, and 48 hour delivery if contacted before 3pm.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not at the moment, changing tariffs are making it really difficult for us to provide an affordable delivery service for international customers.

What is your return policy? 

We follow UK law when it comes to returns. You have a legal right to return faulty items for a refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days of purchase. You also have the right to return within 14 days if the item is not faulty, however the item must be in its original packaging with tags present.
